(The Supreme Lord said)

पिताहमस्य जगतो माता धाता पितामहः । वेद्यं पवित्रमोङ्कार ऋक्साम यजुरेव च ॥१७॥

pitāhamasya jagato mātā dhātā pitāmahaḥ | vedyaṃ pavitramoṅkāra ṛksāma yajureva ca ||17||

I am this world's father, mother, sustainer and grandsire; I am what is to be known, the purifier, Om, and the Rig, Sama and Yajur Vedas.
