Detailed Commentary & Meaningful Thoughts
The divine sustainer is now described within bodily nourishment. Traditional explanations classify food as chewed, swallowed, licked and drunk; prana and apana belong to the yogic account of vital functions, rather than a modern clinical description.
Philosophical Reflection & Self-Inquiry
"Receive nourishment mindfully and care for the body that supports your practice."
Inquiry Question to Ponder:
How could you receive a meal with greater awareness?
