English meaning
English Translation: O Lord with the curved trunk and immense cosmic body, whose radiance equals millions of suns! Remove all obstacles from my path in all my endeavors, always and forever! Just as the morning sun causes the lotus to blossom, so does the elephant-faced Lord illuminate the heart of Mother Parvati; Bestowing countless boons upon His devotees, I meditate day and night upon that one-tusked Lord! Devotional Significance: The foundational prayer of Sanatana Dharma. Every ritual, wedding, academic examination, business venture, or literary composition begins with this invocation to remove obstacles.
